We aim to offer the highest quality osteopathic treatment in friendly and pleasant surroundings. Our practitioners are registered by the General Council and abide by strict ethical and professional standards. We are very proud of a recent survey at this practice which showed 100% of patients reported that they were happy or very happy with their clinical care. 

We treat patients from all over West and East Sussex including Shoreham by Sea, Southwick, Lancing, Portslade, Worthing, Steyning, Bramber, Brighton and Hove. 

About Us

Principle Osteopath Holly Neal. M.Ost. 

Holly has lived in and around the Hove area all her life and graduated with a Master's degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy. As well as treating patients of all ages for joint and spinal pain and stiffness, Holly specialises in treating athletic injuries/complaints due to personal links with Brighton and Hove Athletic Club, as well as  treating pregnant and newly delivered mothers for musculo-skeletal problems pre or post natal after undergoing extensive training in Pregnancy and Labour at university.

Rachel Pointon B.A. (Hons), D.O.  

Rachel graduated as gold medallist from the British School of Osteopathy, where she now teaches at weekends on the part time course. Rachel is also involved in examining osteopathic students both in the UK and abroad. She has practised in the Shoreham and Southwick area for many years. 

Ben Pieniazek B.Sc. (Hons), M.Ost. 

Ben obtained a Masters degree in osteopathy with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy having previously graduated in anatomical sciences from Bristol University. He has a particular interest in jaw joint (T.M.J.) dysfunction and how this can influence head ,neck and shoulder problems and symptoms in the body as a whole. Ben is also able to offer western acupuncture which is a natural method of killing pain and relieving musculo skeletal dysfunction. Richard Pointon D.O. 

Richard Pointon D.O. 

Richard graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1969, and has been in practice in the Brighton/Shoreham area since then. Richard mainly sees patients in their own homes and does home visits in the Adur /Brighton area.
